​Based out of Miami, FL, 305 Water Signs is an outdoor advertising company specializing in beach advertising through the use of our huge billboard boat named "The Soldier of the Sea." The business is owned by Alex Delgado, who handles all of the day to day operations and the boat's Captain is his father, Alfredo Delgado.
